To ensure successful delivery, please provide us with a complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number, when placing your order. We kindly request you to double-check your pin code and contact number to avoid any issues with shipping.

If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will pack and dispatch them from our warehouse within 3 working days. However, in the event that some of the ordered items are not currently in stock, we will arrange for their production and dispatch within 7 working days. Rest assured, we will keep you informed should any delays occur.

Our trusted courier partners will deliver your shipment between Monday and Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that delivery may not be available on public holidays and Sundays. It’s important to remember that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays caused by weather conditions or strikes that may affect our courier partners and transporters.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you an email containing your order tracking details. This will allow you to stay updated on the status and whereabouts of your package. We kindly request your patience until you receive this email.
